Welcome History Lovers

We get many visitors to our site—some through referals and others through Google searches. Some just grab the information they want and go, but otheres stay to explore. This page is for people who enjoy this site, understand what we are trying to do here, and are willing to contribute a little time to help make this a better website.

It is common for websites to ask for donations of money; we prefer something more valuable—your time and attention. We have in mind several ways for Heritage History users to contribute to the website. For starters, we are asking our users to participate in a survey. Knowing the reading preferences of our regular users will help us set priorities in the future. The 2009 Heritage Survey can be found below.

Another way to contribute to Heritage History is to write short, helpful book reviews for any books on our site that you or your family have read. We welcome book reviews from students as well as parents. Writing a short book review of a favorite history book could be a terrific assignment for homeschoolers. No reviews will be posted until autumn of 2009, but we would like to start collecting reviews sooner than later.

A final way to help us out would be word-of-mouth, or informal advertising. If you contribute regularly to a blog or newletter, or if you are part of a homeschooling cooperative, book club, or other organization whose members may be interested in high quality history, please consider mentioning our site.

We greatly appreciate your help making Heritage History the best possible History Library.
