Heritage History offers printable and e-Reader versions of all of the books found in the Heritage History online library. e-Books can be purchased individually, but we encourage families who are studying a particular historical period to purchase a complete Curriculum or Library so they'll have access to a whole range of fascinating books and resources, organized by historical topic.

The Heritage Classical Curriculum can be used as a "living books" history program for any aged student, or it can be used to supplement any traditional history program. Each Curriculum CD's includes dozens of classical e-Books by well-known history authors, as well as reading recommendations, historical maps, timelines, and other learning resources.

Families that would like to purchase our complete history library can save money by ordering one of our curriculum packages. The World History Collection (five CDs), includes the Young Readers library and is a good choice for families with younger children, while the Advanced World History Collection (eight CDs) has more books appropriate for mature readers and may be a better selection for families with middle school and high school students.

Dozens of engaging histories are included on every CD, so there is no need to track down out-of-print classics, and many of the books in the Heritage Libraries are recommended by other "living books" style history curriculums, such as Ambleside, Tapestry of Grace, and Old Fashioned Education. The Curriculum CDs provide "core" reading recommendations for beginning, intermediate, and advanced readers, but also offer dozens of additional classics so that students of all abilities will have plenty of reading choices. The Heritage Classical Curriculum is so flexible it can provide a complete program of independent study, or it can be used to supplement almost any traditional history curriculum.
